     The gym selfie:
    
     A selfie is one of the best ways to track your gym progress and body change. It’s also on a way to show why you spend those countless hours in the gym. 
But in another part, guys and girls who work out take a shot of themselves in order to get impressions and compliments from their friends and instagram followers. 
And for the dramatic 
part, especially guys, they do their best to show up their bodies after a couple of months of exercise. In that case, people forget totally about how their faces 
look like. And concentrate on their 
muscular bodies. I’m not against any kind of work outs. But people believe that taking photos after the gym will make them look fabulous. The face image should be before everything. 
Anybody can go to the gym, but nobody can choose how his face should look like
